When you bring your device in for maintenance the first thing we will do is remove dust from all the places it hides in. This helps the device to breathe easier keeping it cooler, increasing
its lifespan. We then remove the CPU cooler and clean away the old thermal interface material to replace with a higher quality material. This aids cooling, keeping your CPU fast
and back to brand new.

We then perform a health check on your storage devices, be it Mechanical, SSD, M.2 (Sata & NVMe). This will help in identifying a need to replace and possibly prevent any data loss.

With the essentials out of the way, we can optionally continue the service to check the entire machine. This covers but is not limited to; bios configuration, battery health, webcam, microphone, speakers, USB ports, display outputs, charging port etc… We understand how important zoom & virtual meetings are so we can make sure all your staff have their
computers running optimally.

A full report is also printed for your peace of mind.
